Mr. Peter Wahinya
Managing Director & Partner
Mr. Wahinya is a systems analyst with vast experience in systems design and development. Having graduated in Computer Science he has over the years been involved in Networking, Relational Database Management, Website development and maintenance, Data Communication multimedia systems applications, Information Resource Management, Object Oriented Programming using progress Visual Basic, Cobol, Oracle, Software Design and Development. Mr. Wahinya has also worked for leading computer firms with franchise for big names like IBM, MFG / PRO, Computer associates and Microsoft USA. He is currently Managing Director of Memory International and the main software design architect. He is a member of Muthaiga golf club and enjoys spending most of his leisure time playing amateur golf.
Mrs. Jaynnie Kabura Mulle
Board Member
Jaynnie has over ten years experience in programme and project development and management. Extensive knowledge of developing programs, policies and programmes and managing projects to ensure quality, efficiency and effectiveness through sound financial management, capacity building and partnership building with private and non-profit organizations.
Mr. John Mukono
Board Member
John Mukono is currently the Group Director – Baas and API Monetization in Equity Bank Limited. Prior to this, he worked as the group digital banking sales lead at Cellulant from June 2017 to July 2020. A Digital Transformation Leader who has specialized experience in Digital Payments and eWallets. Excel in developing and executing digital financial strategies to drive growth and enhance product performance. Career focus has been on digital banking, financial services and systems, and technology innovation, with expertise in project management, digital sales and marketing, product development, process improvements, digital products, communication, and team leadership. On top of Memorysoft, John is also on the board of directors of ImaliPay.
Mrs. Agnes Warutere

Agnes is a partner in the company. She has held various managerial roles in hospitality and insurance industry for more than 30 years. Having studied business administration and supervisory management She has vast experience in administration and human resource. She leads the human capital department in memorysoft.
